Bad Girl.

Well, I'm not sure what happened to my self control this weekend, or this week. It bombed, to say the least. I just added up my "over" pnts for the week, and it's looking like 65pnts OVER!!! Gah. Good luck to me at weigh in tomorrow morning.

5 More Days - Monkey's Visit.

I did get my butt up and exercising in a desperate attempt to reverse some of my poor choices. I did 3 Miles of Walk Away the Pounds last night. It's been awhile since I really did the full sets with the DVD - I'm out of practice. It seemed like torture for the first 15 minutes, it took that long just for my muscles to get warmed up and ready to go.

I treated myself to a Smartie McFlurry from McDonalds yesterday - after craving ice cream for days I decided "This can be your dinner". I figured like.. 8ish pnts or something along those lines. So I looked it up in my booklet, 11Pnts!!!! I couldn't believe it. Frig, shoulda thought that one through a little more. I honestly didn't think the serving size was big enough to pack in 11pnts - wrong! Shoulda just had regular yummy ice cream if the stupid McFlurry was gunna be that horrible...


  1. I love, love, love the Walk Away the Pounds videos!! I have a bunch of them!! They are very effective for toning. I did the 4 mile Challenge one 4-5 days a week one summer (so for about a month and a half) and people were commenting on my arms and how toned they were :-)

    "Everything Oats" are just regular oats with a everything I have around the house used as toppings. The oats were made with 1 cup of almond breeze, 1/2 cup quick oats, and then I topped them with a bunch of stuff (coconut, chocolate chips, almond butter, granola, chia seeds).

  2. I have heard about the walk away the pounds but haven't tried it yet. Don`t beat yourself on being over, just think that today is a new day!
