I have a bunch of them!! They are very effective for toning. I did the 4 mile Challenge one 4-5 days a week one summer (so for about a month and a half) and people were commenting on my arms and how toned they were :-)<br /><br />"Everything Oats" are just regular oats with a everything I have around the house used as toppings.
