Just stopping in quick to post my pnt tracker, and I'm off. Looking to leave around 7am this morning for my parents. Hooking up with the family, and hopefully spending the day at the beach!Have a great sunny weekend all!
Doing Weight Watchers on my own the first time helped me to drop 100lbs! This time around, I'm aiming for my goal weight: 175lbs. Wish me luck!

On Pnts again!!!! I'm on a freaking roll. Here's hoping I keep going in the right direction, and then maybe, just maybe I'll end up seeing a NEW lower number next week.
I arrived at work, and the sky was so blue.. and the sun was shinning so bright... it was very difficult to go inside the building, instead of driving away. This shot was snapped while I parked my car.
Watermelon - thanks to all those lovelies who posted photos of THEIR watermelon, when I went shopping last night I picked some up for myself. Sweet and juicy, yumyum.

It's Monday again, and I don't really have anything planned. Work today, obviously. It's only 7am and already I'm trying to hype myself up for a workout tonight. "Walk Walk Walk Walk".
I'm hoping it doesn't rain today, a friend and I are supposed to be going mini-golfing today, but not if it pours out! So cross your fingers that the rain stays away, and the sun breaks through.
I was on pnts yesterday, yay!!!! My day was super strange for eating, I had a pile of sugar while I was at work, but kept it light when I got home and even got up, and did some serious WATP's. I'm talking sweaty, burning muscles serious. Anyway, my butt is sore this morning, the muscles are really tight. I'm not sure how to avoid straining my muscles b/c I already do the warm-up, cool-down and stretches. Maybe it's just cause I'm not use to it? Here's hoping.
I was doing just fine yesterday, staying perfectly on pnts.
Yesterday's pnt countin' was okay, I stayed on track, and even got in some exercise. I'm not gunna lie, it's been awhile since I did Walk Away the Pounds - and it felt a little similar to torture last night. The last few minutes I was dragging myself through the moves. In the evenings I've been considering putting in a quick workout in the mornings, before my shower, to boost myself for the day. But I'm finding it very difficult to even think of doing it in the morning, when I'm actually in the moment.
Yesterday's pnt countin' was MUCH better. No cookies left to binge on. I only had 1 hot dog bun left, so no scarfing there either. I even managed to get outside for a little walk, it sucked. I have been avoiding going for a walk since Monkey left, it's so lonely! Going walking with him looking for all those Geocaches was so much fun, just being outside, chatting with him, whatever. All by my lonesome sucks horribly. It was very sad, the further I walked, the more lonely I became. So I just decided to come home after once around the block.
I'm late making my post, ended up chatting with Monkey on the phone this morning and it ate up most of my "free" time. So, I couldn't post until I got home. (Granted, I had lots of time to do posting from work, I just don't like to log onto Blogger there... just in case, ya know?)
Did good last night, even with the massive meal of food I had for dinner - it was soooooooooo good. I made Turkey Meatballs the other day, and they were fantastic. Yum. I'm really into spaghetti sauce lately, it's pretty low in pnts, and it's so flavourful.
Krista, miss.krista: Thanks for the encouragement. I've never used the online WW, I've heard mixed things. I just do the pnt counting myself using WW Books, and I weigh-in each week officially myself here at home.
My pnts are doing pretty good since the weekend, I'm keeping pretty much on track with everything, and feeling good about it. Got another 1 Mile - Walk Away the Pounds in last night. It's only a 15 minute workout, but I'm telling myself that it's way better then doing nothing at all. Plus, when I say it's only 15 minutes, it's 15 minutes of good working out, sweat and all.
Did great yesterday for pnts and exercise, I'm finally getting a little in and feeling better about it. I had a horrible day at work, so last night was pretty rough, but I managed not to bosh my entire efforts for the day just because I was feeling miserable.
Well, hopefully no one missed last nights seasonal finale of Glee - cause it was great! I really liked it, and loved the music, as per normal. I have no idea where they are going to go from here. Since Emma and Will got together, Rachel and Finn are together again, Quinn had her baby, etc. etc. Where does a show go once they have sorta wrapped everything up? Not sure if I'll like the next season or not, we'll see what the writers come up with.
Has anyone purchased the Glee Soundtrack? My Mom bought it, and last time I was visiting we listed to it - it's pretty damn wicked. Check it out if you haven't already.
* Did alright yesterday, but the days before were horrible, unfortunately. I will admit that I ate an entire bag of chips... it was a horrible idea, but it was like I was going crazy with the craving for chips. Bah, next time I should just get chips when I first crave them and have a few. (Been craving those things since before Monkey was here for the visit...) Anyway, I'm up to 212lbs today (+2). Bleh. My own fault.
* Quick shot of one of the Peacocks at the park who was showing off the entire time I was there. He was a little far away, so this was the closest shot I could get of him.
* The pond at the park was very pretty with the clouds reflecting in the surface, never mind one of the Canadian Geese that seriously considered attacking me, if only for a moment.
I wasn't going to bother posting, because I wasn't entirely sure if the count was even correct.. and lets face it.. who wants to post how poorly they have been doing. But then I thought, what the hell. It's done and over with - it happened, and not posting it doesn't make it NOT true. ~Shrugs~ So there you have it, my very pathetic control over yesterdays eating. This morning hasn't been much better - I'll try to pull back on the reins for the rest of the day.
I'm off on my pnts again, but it's not my fault! (Yes it is, it so is.) The problem is because I went grocery shopping, and now I have super yummy things waiting to be eaten in my fridge. Yummy things that include cookies - Peak Freans ~ Lifestyle Selections. They are so yum - I got two flavours: Blueberry Brown Sugar with Flax and Vanilla Bean Latte - sooooooo good. I can't stop eating the stupid things. And they are a 1pnt each. I was kinda hoping when I bought them that it would be like 3 cookies for one pnt. Clearly, I was wishful thinking, imagining myself with piles of cookies and gobbling them down like the Cookie Monster. Sad, but true. So - if you check out my pnt counts - you can see I had 12 cookies yesterday.. no control. None.
