Doing Weight Watchers on my own the first time helped me to drop 100lbs! This time around, I'm aiming for my goal weight: 175lbs.

I did great yesterday I think! A bit of exercise (sure it wasn't an hour, but at least I talked myself into getting out!), stayed well within my point range. I think I did pretty wicked - now I just need to kick out a few months of that and I'd be golden!
