Did good yesterday, stayed on pnts, and exercised while watching TV.
Weighed-in this morning, back to
210lbs after last weeks eating disaster where I went MIA and fell so far off the wagon. Again I'm in the position to keep moving in the right direction, we'll see how this coming weekend goes - hoping to make it to the beach for some sun and swimming.
Anyone else have plans this weekend?

Hope you have fun at the beach... Just think of your poor ole Georgia friends who don't have a beach anywhere around them while you're enjoying the sun and sand. :-P
