Doing Weight Watchers on my own the first time helped me to drop 100lbs! This time around, I'm aiming for my goal weight: 175lbs.

Did good yesterday, stayed on pnts, and exercised while watching TV.
Weighed-in this morning, back to 210lbs after last weeks eating disaster where I went MIA and fell so far off the wagon. Again I'm in the position to keep moving in the right direction, we'll see how this coming weekend goes - hoping to make it to the beach for some sun and swimming.
